Our brains will answer any question we ask!

It is our biological habit to ask questions such as, "Why am I so stupid?, I can't believe I said that!" then our brains begin to look for answers to the question. In searching we will find all answers confirming the questions we ask. My challenge to you is to start asking deliberate questions to your brain such as, "Brain, how are you going to find relaxation today?" or, "How will you find a way to laugh more today," or, "How will you finish this project with ease?" The answers the brain finds to deliberately created questions bring focus to The brain will start to look for answers to these questions, and it will feel oh so much better moving in your life! Direct the brain to do what you want it to do!
